Our shippings and returnings

We send our products climate neutral. This means your orders are delivered CO2 compensated from our warehouses to your address. To lower the number of carbon emissions that are released into the air by plane, we choose to ship our products by road or sea. We use biodiesel when we ship products by road and sea. Furthermore, our packages are made of recycled boxes instead of plastic and our cardboard boxes are made of FCS certificate papers. After placing the order it will take 3-4 days until you receive your order. After receiving the order you´ll have up to 14 days to return it in the same condition. All of our products will contain a free-returning sticker, in this way you can return your order freely!
